The ABI-Tranzequity Advisors practice area within ABI Business Sales, Mergers and Acquisitions, was formed and is operated by ABI Principal Dick Bransford to focus on serving companies in medical and/or information technology markets, healthcare, clean tech, business services and manufacturing

Typically, these companies will generate at least five million dollars in annual revenue, though sometimes, in select circumstances, early stage growth companies or buy-side assignments may be a fit.
