Tranzequity sells privately held companies and finds companies for buyers actively seeking acquisitions.  The Tranzequity practice area within ABI Business Sales, Mergers and Acquisitions, was formed and is operated by Dick Bransford to serve closely held companies whose needs are not adequately met by other M&A intermediaries, business brokers or investment banks. 
Typically, though not exclusively, these companies will earn annual revenue in a range from two and a half to 25 million dollars, and will show favorable earnings history.  We usually act as a sell-side broker or M&A intermediary, though also work on private equity-sponsored buy-side searches.  
In select circumstances, early stage growth companies may fit within the practice area.

It is never too early to begin planning an exit, even if the company is still a start-up.  The business decisions made from that perspective will more effectively meet customer needs, build greater enterprise value over time - and result in owner(s) reaping a greater reward upon exit.
