my search to buy a business I interacted with dozens of intermediaries,
and I found Dick Bransford to be a true stand-out professionally. He
has many valuable attributes that are unfortunately all-too lacking in
the industry:Professionalism, MBA-view of the business and financials,
reliability, thoroughness, creativity, tenacity, integrity, and a quiet
confidence that helps all parties work through the inevitable
difficulties - buyers, sellers, financiers, etc. Dick is a great asset
to have on your side in a transaction, and a real advantage compared to
the intermediary on the other side of the table." - Martin Enriquez,
Former VP Vodaphone Americas, COO Vodaphone Egypt |
