 Our deals would be considered lower, lower middle market, at this point mostly with EBITDA in the high six to low seven figures.
Also, there's the occasional early stage, not-yet-earnings-positive high potential company participating in a high-growth market. We might represent these companies for sale, but not purely capital raising activities.
Private Equity Funds
Certainly, we recognize that companies this small are at the bottom end of what most private equity funds seek. That said, there are a number of private equity groups who do have an interest in those deals as add-on's to existing platforms.
If your firm actively participates in Association for Corporate Growth and/or M&A Source, chances are pretty good that we have your contact information handy or that we're already on your marketing list.
