We welcome inquiries and would like to establish a relationship.  Companies' Corporate or Business Development Groups will often send us notifications when there is active acquisition interest, and we retain that information for future use if we do not currently represent any companies that would be a fit (companies we represent for M&A transactions are not typically visible on line).

Private Equity, Mezzanine, Search, Hedge Funds

If your firm seeks lower mid-market acquisitions either for platform or add-on investments, we would like to know of you, if we do not already.

If your firm actively participates in Association for Corporate Growth and/or M&A Source, chances are pretty good that we have your contact information handy or that we're already on your marketing list.
 
Tranzquity Advisors would also employ special databases to source private equity groups.
