What To Expect

Initially, we will have a short phone conference, in which we will gain an understanding of your intent and company particulars.  If appropriate, we may then set a personal meeting, though we may agree on delaying this meeting until further in the process if your company is located far from our San Francisco Bay Area base of operation.

It would be advantageous to review the Meeting Preparation page, so that you will have an idea of the type of documentation we will need to establish a value of your company.

Assuming we agree on the price range expectation of what the company is likely to bring, and its marketability, we will complete all the contractual process, then develop the valuation and marketing materials in preparation for going to market.
