Soon, we will be conducting a series of 45 minute to one hour webinars hosted during lunch time (Pacific Time), as part of a 'Brown Bag Lunch" series.  These free sessions will be an excellent opportunity for potential sellers and buyers to learn about a myriad of issues relevant to preparing for and transacting the sale of a company from the comfort of their desk.  Other subject matter experts from accounting, law, consulting and other relevant disciplines will participate as panelists, too.  Topics will cover issues such as:

These free, no-obligation sessions will be open to qualified company owners, potential buyers or service providers.  Even if you are just casually considering selling your company or buying one, we encourage you to sign up for scheduling notices.
